Help with Neighbourhood plans

Locality has released its 'Neighbourhood Plan Roadmap Guide' - a step by step guide that takes communities through the neighbourhood planning process, with guidance on good practice and worksheets for carrying out each part of the plan. The concept of Neighbourhood Plans is part of the Localism Act (applicable in England) - see Locality news item http://locality.org.uk/news/website-guide-neighbourhood-planning/ or go direct.
