The Planning Committee have recently been briefed by C&R about their plans for the £200m Town Centre development which includes a 34 storey tower block allowing views of the Wetlands! It also reduces the Town Square open space by by over 33%. It is planned to use off site building methods and bring in the pods and bolt them together to create 538 flats increasing the Town Centre congestion.

It's heart- breaking. I wonder how many M.Ps and Councillors live in this type of area.
