Hello April folks!
Here's looking forward to a generous month of sunlight and fresh air for you all.
A warm welcome to all new joiners of Hedge Herbs happenings, whom we have been gathering over the last month at various lovely events. March has been pretty full of goodness around east London, and you can see a selection of celebrations, first herb walks of spring and other things that we've been up to, here on the website.
As spring delight is coming on, with all the rising sap, pollen and floweriness, here's some hayfever advice from Hedge Herbs on East London Radio's Living Health programme.
And please peruse the upcoming herbal happenings in Walthamstow, London and further afield over the next couple of months - listed below.
Very much looking forward to seeing some of you at some of them. Details for booking if you're interested are given with each event.
A note of excitement: this year's Radical Herbal Gathering takes place 6th-8th June in Shropshire. It's a root-searching get-together asking questions about the place of herbal medicine in connection with social change, health justice and ecological disruption: it is very inspiring. If you are seeking change in the way we live in our world, and you are keen to explore plant medicine and how it can link with that, go have a look (and come along!)
best wishes & love from
Rasheeqa
