The Hornbeam runs an Eco-Volunteering project, which aims to grow the range of 'green' volunteer opportunities throughout Waltham Forest and beyond. - Marketing and promotions. We are looking for a volunteer with experience of designing leaflets and posters, writing copy for articles or websites and using social media to raise profile. If that sounds like you we would be most interested to hear from you!

We have the following volunteering opportunities, enabling you to join a vibrant team, and be involved in a successful and ever-expanding community project, where you can learn new skills while benefiting local people and the wider environment.
OrganicleaHelp feed Waltham Forest - volunteer on our veg box scheme!Every Wednesday a team of volunteers helps us to pack local, organic veg bags for box scheme customers all over Waltham Forest. Volunteers weigh and sort fruit and veg and put them in bags. This role is suitable for volunteers with a wide range of physical abilities. Packing takes place on Wednesdays 10.30am-3pm.
