Dear Tobias,
Thanks for the good news that the Edison Close station entrance should be open on 11 August. From my last visit it appears that Ray Dudley Way could be completed by then as well. The attached photos illustrate that the Edison Close entrance was still unofficially 'open' a week ago and that someone has decided to wait in comfort for Ray Dudley Way to open! The sofa was still there on Sunday.
See you next Tuesday.
Regards
Glenn

Dear Glenn
I am pleased to say that the issue around the defect on the wheelchair accessible ramp has been resolved. There are still, however, a number of legal issues to resolve. We are currently working towards a soft opening of the new station entrance on Monday August 11th.

Dear Tobias,
I am glad to learn that once the legal shinanigans are completed, the Council will not be saddled with responsibility for anything on the railway side of the fence!
What is the actual defect on the ramp/stairs structure and have you any idea when the entrance may be opened? I have noticed that Solum's footway is creeping towards Edison Close.
Kind regards
Glenn
