St James Big Local: Could you Spend £1m?
The St James Big Local is a National Lottery project where £1m has been pledged to the St James Street area of Walthamstow. Local people have to come together to share ideas and to form a group which can take the project forward for 10 years or more. The current steering group are about halfway through the community consultation process that will allow access to the £1m in due course. The volunteer steering group are seeking help from local people, preferably (but not exclusively) from residents within the mapped St James Street area.
