Playgrounds Under Threat
We seem to be lucky in Waltham Forest and the council still manages to find the funds to maintain and develop our playgrounds which are so important in such a congested area as ours.
Opening of new Marlowe Road Playground
Mind you ours come a poor second to Singapore!
